It takes about 5 minutes to fill in an application and in most cases we can give you an instant decision. If accepted, you can start using your card straight away at

You can apply for a Warehouse Card if:

This doesn't guarantee that your application will be accepted - there are some checks Ikano Bank need to do before we can open a card account for you

  • You're 18 or older
  • You have a personal email address to receive information about your application and manage your account online
  • You have a good credit history with no previous bankruptcies, Individual Voluntary Arrangements, Debt Relief Orders, recent County Court Judgments or defaults
  • You're a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for the last 12 months (unless you're HM Forces Personnel)
  • You're employed or have a valid reason for being unemployed e.g. full time house person or student
  • You're not aware of any significant changes which may affect your ability to continue making payments in the future
  • You're not currently under/subject to a Power of Attorney order

Please have these ready when you fill out your application:

  • Your previous address(es) if you have been at your current address for less than two years
  • Your email address – this is the email address you'll use to manage your account. We'll email you when a new statement is ready to view
  • Your mobile or home phone number
  • A UK bank account in your name

  • Please read our Privacy Notice for details of how we will process your data.
  • Ikano Bank (our credit provider) will carry out a credit search when you apply. A record of this search will be visible to you and other lenders when looking at your credit history.
  • Account information and statements will be available online. You will not receive statements in the post for this account.
  • Purchases of £100.00 or more in one transaction are interest free for up to three months. You still need to pay at least the minimum payment each month, but no interest will be charged on your ‘interest free credit’ purchase balance until the interest free period ends.
  • Paying on time and in full before the end of your interest free period will ensure no interest is charged. Your monthly statement will remind you when this period ends.
  • If you don't repay the full balance each month, you'll be charged interest at a variable rate of 29.9% APR representative, equal to 2.2% per month.
  • Each month you must make at least a minimum payment of either 4% of the outstanding balance or £4.00 (whichever is greater) plus any fees. Your monthly statement will show the minimum amount you have to pay and when you need to pay.
  • This card isn’t recommended if you only intend to make the minimum payment each month. It will take you longer to repay the amount you owe and you will pay more interest.
  • If for any reason you think that your financial circumstances may get worse or if you won't be able to keep up with your monthly payments, a Warehouse Card is not suitable for you.
  • If we haven't received at least the minimum payment by the due date, you'll be charged a £12 fee. We record arrears at Credit Reference Agencies, which may make it more difficult and more expensive for you to obtain credit in future. If you persistently fail to make payments you may face legal proceedings.
  • If you fail to make payments it will take longer and cost more to repay your balance due to the late payment fee and interest charged.
  • If you break the terms of your Credit Agreement, we may take further action, including passing your account to a specialist debt company.
  • If accepted, you have 14 days to withdraw from the credit agreement. You then must pay Ikano Bank any balance on the account (plus any interest at the rate shown on the Credit Agreement) within 30 days of giving notice. Our returns policy still applies.
  • If your application is approved, you will be able to read the Consumer Credit Information sheet (SECCI), and read and sign your credit agreement on screen. Please read these and the terms and conditions in your agreement carefully before you sign. Save or print a copy to refer to in the future.
  • If you are accepted today you can spend online immediately, you don’t need to wait for your card to arrive. Select 'Print this page' after you have signed your agreement or take a screen shot so you have a copy of your card details.
  • If your credit limit is greater than £200, we limit the amount you can spend on your card account to £200 until you receive your card in the post.
  • If you have any questions please take a look at the FAQs or speak to the team at Ikano Bank (our credit provider) on 0371 781 3055*
